I have over 30 years’ experience within the housing and construction industry.  My journey started when I joined a social landlord and qualified as a Carpenter & Joiner, achieving an advanced qualification.

​

 As a Managing Director for a construction company that became very successful specialising in all aspects, from diagnosing and undertaking remedial works through to adapting and providing professional surveying services.

​

As my journey continues, I strive for excellence, I currently hold membership for the following professional bodies:

Chartered institute of Buildings

 

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

Chartered Institute of Housing

​

Fire Protection Association

​

I have specialised in providing professional reports in relation to legal disrepair, Environmental Notices & undertaking Fire Risk Assessments.

I have attended court and represented several social landlords in providing support in an advisory capacity.
